This game is advertised as being chill. It is not chill. I was fighting for my life, with the devs in call, as they watched me try to laser the slugs multiple times. I fortunately won and beat all those stupid not awesome totally not epic slugs. I was the epic one
Good job guys![]()
I totally dig the aesthetic of cardboard, hand-made, children fantasy the game has going on, the environment is pretty well made and nice to look around using the rotating camera. While this shouldn't be seen as a spiritual succesor to Tabletop Tumble considering the similar card game mechanics, some of the special cards didn't feel as satisfying as others to use. The game could definitely have potential if players were to play it as a couch co-op rather than a singleplayer experience. Pleasant surprise seeing this pop-up in my notifications and having the opportunity to play it, good job to the devs!
